The thing which I really need to know

Is who first had the idea to go

On a trip through space to the Moon or

Had the ambitions for anything lunar?!

How was the notion even conceived?

And what did it take to be believed?!

The OOO always strikes me as lame.

Turns out what I’ve seen is pretty tame

Compared to those that some have writ

Which make them sound like a pompous…

That seem only to exist on TV dating.

Think God tracks this show’s rating…?

Yes, nonprofit groups need to recruit

The very best people in their pursuit

Of making the world a better place.

But this compensation is a disgrace!

And the state of his shelters is not right.

So how does this guy sleep at night?

It seems to me that the same is true

There is still no leader at Defense

And who will fill the job is a suspense.

The good news, if any, we have in hand

Is the military has a strong chain of command.

But it seems very dangerous to have this void.

Another pillar of confidence being destroyed.
