Treats the world and all of its people

There to do nothing but worship and fawn

That people out there pay attention to this

Is dangerous and dumb and surely does miss

The fact that it matters not in the least one bit –

The Electoral College is where you must be a hit.

It’s like a football team counting gained yards

While falling behind on the scorecards.

While I rarely agree with Madame Speaker

She’s right that this debt could make us weaker.

But whoever has lent it will no doubt see

And make piles of money as a new media liar.

Donnie is pissed about the Times’ report

It’s not hard to understand this perspective

This man has a perfectly reasonable view

Perhaps it’s just how preposterous the mix

But mostly I’m impressed that despite it all

Martha keeps reinventing and standing tall.

So it seems that the Director of the FBI

Is a bit more than skeptical and doesn’t buy

Donnie’s conviction that fake mail-in ballots

Will be shipped in bulk on shiny blue pallets

And steal the election from freedom’s protector!

But of course you can’t trust any Bureau director…

I grew up with Aunt Jemima and Uncle Ben

And am hard-pressed to think of a time when

I saw those images and a thought came to mind

That was anything other than grateful and kind.

Is this really how we’re going to end racial strife…

Or is it possibly just taking yet another black life?

In Florida past felons have the right to vote

Provided their crimes were of a lesser note

Than murder or rape (…so that stops almost all

Of those Mexicans who invaded before the wall!).

But I have to say it’s not such a good look

To try to win Florida by hook or by crook.
