So it sure is a shame he’s taking cues

From the distant left side of the party

Where his support was not very hearty

Killing an agenda that had a chance

To be a compromise, if awkward, dance.

Alex is the very worst of the worst

He’ll do anything to put himself first.

His loathsome response to this mass killing

Was on many levels very chilling…

Now he’s been caught for his lack of respect

Of the laws he professes to protect.

You don’t come across this one every day…

It seems this bishop will no longer pray

And is leaving the church for a new life

With a Satanic author as his wife

Who specializes in erotic fare

Which can be quite the combo, if you dare.

We know that justice is meant to be blind

But probably not to be of this kind.

How hard can it be to know it’s not right

To drop the gavel in a legal fight

In which your own interests are on the line?

No, this sure does not make these judges shine.

You know it’s left and I think that it’s right,

I always see gray, and you black and white.

Yet in our own weird way we’ve made it work,

Our love affair is much more than a quirk.

Together, we never know what’s in store…

But I’m all in for 25 years more!!!
