It’s not hard to understand frustration

Of the states that absorb most of the flow

And wonder where all of these folks should go.

Spreading them out seems like it makes some sense

But not as a political pretense.

Have to admit it can be confusing

It’s not quite as clear as you might expect.

Had he played ball with Trump, things would be grim.
