And is what Trump grasped for as his last straw.

It’s a messy piece of legislation

That could very well destroy our nation.

Both sides of the aisle should make darn sure

That all the flaws in this law get a cure.

He is among the greatest of his time
And the world lost him just after his prime.
I saw him in concert back in ‘83
So alive and vibrant and singing free.
He remained so unique and had great range,
His work is worth this much and ch-change.

Folks these days are flying off the handle
With patience as fragile as a candle.
I wonder if really for most of them
Covid is actually a brilliant gem.
Already prone to be difficult pricks
They let the virus enable their kicks.
