Okay, let me just stress that this IS fake news

But man it’s so funny I just had to use

It since Donnie’s so crazy all of the time

And changes his mind at the flip of a dime

And promotes nutty theories with utter gall,

So reading this doesn’t seem that strange at all.

Okay, Donnie in fact did not really say this

But it is the point he won’t let you miss.

The virus is just too difficult to hate

Being invisible and all, and so hard to bait.

It’s way better to fear things you see a lot,

And immigrants are so much easier to spot!

Donnie is putting a stake in the ground

And support him blindly without a clue.

Hoping others may think, “Huh, that’s not rash –

If we re-elect Trump we’ll get some cash.”

I realize he’s a stable genius of course

But I have to wonder about the force

That made him think it was a good plan

To put in danger the very G-Man

Who in this time of danger and strife

Is charged with protecting his safety and life.

Pope Francis has not come right out and said it

But the Trump campaign must surely dread it…

Every item he mentions is a campaign issue

And it’s easy to see the connective tissue

To an argument that Donnie is morally bereft.

Donnie is pissed about the Times’ report

Because he believes it’s trying to distort

The amount of money he’s paid in taxes

And is lying about what the facts is…

He did not pay an amount that small –

Since only suckers pay anything at all!

So it seems that the Director of the FBI

Is a bit more than skeptical and doesn’t buy

Donnie’s conviction that fake mail-in ballots

Will be shipped in bulk on shiny blue pallets

And steal the election from freedom’s protector!

But of course you can’t trust any Bureau director…

This will truly be Donnie’s lasting damage

Discrediting experts so that he can manage

To create doubt and confusion in our ranks

And ensure trust in government totally tanks.

Then he positions himself as the mighty savior

Giving further license to his reckless behavior.

It looks like our nation has suffered setbacks

As our reputation globally appears to get cracks

With each administration run by the GOP…

Then the democrats take over with open glee

To clean up the mess that they believe they inherit.

And no, foreign approval alone is not what gives merit.
