Reading through Donnie’s list of things done

Is a master’s class in how things get spun.

Accolades flow for him in all aspects of life

And ne’er is there mention of any strife.

While many of the items can’t be refused

It’s like listing a ring for a wife who’s abused.

Of course it’s a he said she said situation

But it’s consistent with Donnie’s infatuation

With belittling those who sacrifice for others

Or who pay their taxes, or help their brothers.

And an interesting fact here of course is –

No Trump has ever served in the armed forces.

It’s very much a part of a familiar game plan

And appeals to all of the very same clan.

Headline something crazy that helps you out

Then say it’s a joke, what’s the fuss all about?

But the message is sent and was meant to be

He wants to create chaos, just wait you’ll see.

It’s hard to believe that we’ve arrived here

When the President of the US makes it clear

That he’s spinning fantasies at a frantic pace

Made up on the spot to ignite his base.

Does he leave those sessions and laugh at us all,

Or does he truly believe in his crazy gall?

Perhaps the Dems are seeing the light,

You can’t bring a knife to a gun fight.

Donnie and crew roll dirty and hard

Anything goes, there’re no holds barred.

So good on Biden for this sucker punch!

Go get the thugs and eat their lunch.

It’s stupidly juvenile but still a delight

To see Donnie lose a meaningless fight.

TV ratings say pretty much close to zero

But for POTUS they’re how you define a hero.

So take THAT you silly Commander in Chief

And go send some tweets to find relief.

The postal service, for all its flaws,

Is vital to freedom and to the cause

Of keeping us “one nation… indivisible”

So it really should be inexplicable

These crazy maneuvers to make a fuss

Even gaslighting people to think it’s us!

Even before the hit of the pandemic

Donnie’s plans for creating systemic

Improvement of our financial state

Were going backwards at a steady rate.

On every measure of fiscal hygiene

We are worse off now than in 2016.

Most families I know have some dysfunction

So no wonder the Trumps are at this junction.

Donnie will have a hissy fit

And go to Twitter to throw a hit.

But sisters sit in a unique place,

It’s hard to respond and save face.

Birds of a feather flock together

So it’s not really a matter of whether

Corruption is rampant in Donnie’s crew

That much we know for a fact is true,

It’s just how high the swamps now rise,

To the Oval Office would be no surprise…
